Community Outreach
Bright Financial Advisors, Inc. feels strongly about serving our community and giving back in any way that we can. Each quarter of the year we choose a local organization to support and encourage our clients to help us in this effort.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, our staff will be volunteering at Lending Hands of Michigan. We would love for you to join in on this effort! Please see below for more information:
Lending Hands is an all-volunteer, Michigan, nonprofit social service organization located in Portage. They lend home durable medical equipment, for free for up to seven months, to residents of the Southwest Michigan counties of Allegan, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and Van Buren and beyond. Lending Hands of Michigan is a 501-c-3 tax-exempt organization.
Since their start in 2005 Lending Hands has served over 40,000 clients with over 80,000 pieces of medical equipment. They have saved their clients, the health care system and various entitlement programs over $12 Million in out-of-pocket expenses. Volunteers have contributed over 70,000 hours of service. In 2018, we saved Kalamazoo County residents over $700,000.
